Block bookings have been made at the hotels listed below and rates (all inclusive of New Zealand Government Goods and Services Tax) have been negotiated which are equal to, if not better than, corporate rates. Room rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified.

All hotels provide tea and coffee making facilities, minibar, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, email and internet connections. All apartments include kitchen and laundry facilities.

Parking at some city hotels is usually an additional cost.

• A deposit or credit card guarantee for the first night's accommodation is required to secure your reservation.  If you are paying a deposit this must be received by us by 13 October 2008.  If you provide a credit card, the first night's room rate will be charged to the card on 13 October 2008.
  
• If you cancel your reservation after 13 October 2008 or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified, you will be charged for one night's room rate.

Museum Hotel
3 minute walk to Te Papa

The Museum Hotel has a unique ambience and style and is only a few minutes walk from the harbour and the centre of city. All rooms have Sky TV and complimentary use of Freyberg Pool and Fitness Centre. Rooms come with kitchen and laundry and some rooms have baths. Wireless internet access is available for NZ$11.95 per day and parking is available at $20 per day.

City Life is in the heart of Wellington’s shopping district, on Lambton Quay. It has recently been refurbished and has generous sized rooms. All rooms have laundry facilities and some have a bath and kitchen. Wireless internet is available on the 6^th floor, with broadband elsewhere at NZ$10 per ½ hr then NZ$0.60 per minute. Limited complimentary parking is available.

• A deposit or credit card guarantee for the first night's accommodation is required to secure your reservation.  If you are paying a deposit this must be received by us by 13 October 2008.
• If you cancel your reservation after 29 October 2008 or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified, you will be charged for all the nights booked.

Recently redeveloped, the hostel provides a welcoming relaxed atmosphere. It has two well equipped kitchens and dining rooms, comfortable common areas, laundry, games room and two TV/video lounges. Internet access is available in the computer area for NZ$2 per 20mins/NZ$6 per hour. There are no car parking facilities.

• A deposit or credit card guarantee for the first night's accommodation is required to secure your reservation.  If you are paying a deposit this must be received by us by 13 October 2008.
• Full payment is required by 29 October 2008.
• Check-in time is 2pm.  Check-out time is 10am.
  

Nomads Capital
5 minute walk to Te Papa

Nomads Capital Hostel Wellington offers premium backpacker and budget accommodation. Wireless internet access is available on the 1^st and 3^rd floors and wired access is available in the computer area at reception for NZ$4 per hour. Parking is available at the public car park behind the hostel for approx NZ$20 per day.

• A deposit or credit card guarantee for the first night's accommodation is required to secure your reservation.  If you are paying a deposit this must be received by us by 13 October 2008.Full payment is required by 29 October 2008.
• If you cancel between 29 October 2008 and 7 November 2008 your payment will be refunded less 25%.  If you cancel after 7 November 2008 or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified, you will incur a charge of one night's room rate.
• Check-in time is 2pm.  Check-out time is 10am.
