How can i lose weight fast.?

I am almost 15. I want to know the best way to lose weight. I want to lose as much as i can before i go to hawaii i weigh 180 I’m 15 and about 5’10. I eat pretty healthy and i don’t want to workout more than about an hour a day. I have an elliptical bike and a golds gym bench.

•Drink massive quantities of water and as much unsweetened iced tea, tea, diet sodas, coffee or other low-calorie beverages as you like. Do not drink milk, normal soft drinks, or fruit juice.
•Eat vegetables and fruits. They are high in vitamins, minerals and fiber and they’re low in calories.
