The location was purposely selected because Argentina is a leading country in both research and adoption of GMOs. The Centro Cultural Borges in the Galerias Pacifico offers a state-of-the-art meeting facility in the center of Buenos Aires.

Buenos Aires is conveniently located near fields where GM plants are being grown. A field trip will be organized for those participants wishing to take advantage of this opportunity.
