What’s a healthy weight loss for a teenager ?

Hey so I’m sixteen and I decided that I wanna try to loose like ten ish pounds before I go to Hawaii for spring break. Don’t get me wrong I don’t think I don’t think I’m fat or anything, just want to burn off all that Christmas chocolate fat in the healthiest way possible. I said I’m sixteen because I’m not going to take pills or go to places like wight watchers. Any suggestions for a diet ? I should add that I’m vegetarian so I need a diet that will still gives me protein and stuff, as I do lots of sports and need to energy. Thank you yoga in hawaii

They will then calculate how many calories you can have daily in order to lose weight in a healthy way without starving.
